Schadenfreude, jelly fish and that tourism campaign

So Ben Southall, winner of “the best job in the world”, was stung by a lethal jelly fish recently, but luckily took antibiotics in time to be cured – more on Ben’s blog here.

I’ve written about this campaign before, and it was the second most popular post on this blog for 2009, but surely this latest incident has to be the new definition of Schadenfreude for the 2010 dictionaries?

Anyway, I’m sure the bosses at Tourism Queensland will be pleased at the extra publicity, and get well soon Ben…
